Alright, it’s 3:20am and I was just drifting back to sleep after answering a friend’s (who’s in another time zone, Obviously) lovely text. I don’t usually wake to those but I must have been in the right frame of mind, dreaming, to wake so serendipitously minutes after receiving it (phone was set to silent).
I’ve been waiting Months – and I mean The Better Part of a Year, just to say Something on this Blog. Just Something – Anything! Can you believe it? If we all went around waiting to have some Profound message before we spoke up to simply conversate!? (Which is, I now know, not a real word according to my computer’s opinion! But I believe you catch my drift.) Because a blog is supposed to be simply a conversation – or at least that is what This shall be.
So hang on to your socks!! Cause this is going to be a Great Ride!! Or possibly not. Let’s just see where it takes us. Being Totally Authentic, ‘warts n all’… Confusion and Clarity all lumped together. This may end up being a little like a treasure hunt in your favorite thrift store and occasionally it’ll likely be a glossed up n over, well packaged, bit of frank philosophy. – ? Who knows?
Not I.
Nope, I’m Now willing to just put it out there; my heart’s thoughts. Right or wrong to any of You (the Grand You… or the Grand They) and if so; either way, I’d like to Hear about it from you!
So tonight that’s exactly what I thought about – Just Anything, being the topic of my mind and wonderment; all being valid for a little conversation.
I’ve been thinking about FLOW… yes, just like part of the title of my business. IT’S All about Flow. Life; life’s about flow. Love, synonymous with Flow. Being in a state of it and working with – giving from that Place of Pure Peace and Unconditional Love.
That’s how I came up with my tiny little business’ name – Tupelo Flo. It’s where I Love to Live. Treating/Massaging; whether it be doing great, connected massage – hearing my client’s breath, blood circulation, fascia movement and nerve twitches with my hands and to my core – or taking them through deep relaxation visualization or doing reiki…etc. THAT is being in Flow for me. It’s in those moments of connectedness, living outside myself – for more than myself, that I feel most Alive and most my True self. Connected. That, to me, is what Flow is all about.
*Now, my friend, it’s your turn.
**Please tell me when and how you most feel ‘In the Flow’.
Thank you in advance!!
